Yoga Bear, Yoga Bear, Yoga Whale also illustrated by Sarah Jane Hinder are colorful board books little ones from preschool and up. Your little one will love learning yoga poses while pretending to be bugs and animals.
Flutter like a butterfly.

Similarly join Whale, Jellyfish, Dolphin, Starfish and other friendly sea creatures in yoga poses.
Yoga Friends – another great book by Mariam Gates & Rolf Gates, illustrated by Sarah Jane Hinder is a pose-by-pose partner adventure for ages 4-8. It includes an entire partner flow that can be done with a friend, sibling, parent or caregiver. In addition it teaches how cooperation helps us to imagine, move and have fun in a whole new way.
Listening to My Body by Gabi Garcia
Teaching our children to tune into their bodies and be aware of what their bodies are telling them is a lifelong gift. This wonderfully illustrated book helps children to listen to their body and understand what it’s telling them. The book includes helpful activities so children can practice and decide what helps them to feel calm, peaceful and relaxed.

Finally, what may be our most favorite of all is the three book series I am Yoga, I am Peace and I am Human by Susan Verde. The combination of the beautiful watercolor illustrations by Peter Reynolds and the lovely words of certified yoga instructor Susan Verde make these picture books the perfect addition to any bookshelf.
A great introduction to yoga poses; I Am Yoga also stretches the imagination and calms the mind.
I Am Peace brings the concept of mindfulness to a kid-friendly level.
Celebrating empathy and compassion – I Am Human encourages children to see themselves as part of one big imperfect family – millions strong.
