Yoga Adventures for Grades 1-3 the week of July 22-26 from 9:30 am – 12:00.
Come join us for a fun week of yoga & mindfulness classes. Because each day will be a different theme with the opportunity to explore fun practices for health and wellness! Classes will include breath-work, mindfulness exercises, relaxation and yoga games teaching focus, concentration & cooperation. This program nurtures connection, self-exploration and self-care. We provide a space where movement fosters learning and teaches body awareness. A space where children are reminded of their innate power to find calm and ease within. And it’s going to be fun!
